Driven by a desire to transform hands-on technical expertise into a scalable digital product, Faheem Abdusathar founded JustPass to modernise how local merchants manage customer retention. Drawing from his deep experience building custom wallet pass integrations, APIs, and webhooks for e-commerce brands, he recognised a clear opportunity to replace traditional paper stamp cards with a frictionless, contactless solution. Collaborating closely with Loopsio, Faheem successfully productised his specialised knowledge into a fully automated, self-service platform that integrates seamlessly with Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. His vision eliminates complex code and manual design work for everyday business owners, moving the loyalty landscape forward with an intuitive portal that launches digital passes instantly with a single QR scan.

JustPass, founded by Faheem Abdusathar, set out to modernise how local businesses manage loyalty programmes. The goal was to replace traditional paper stamp cards with digital loyalty passes that customers could store directly in their mobile wallets.
The idea for JustPass emerged from the founder's previous work building wallet pass integrations for e-commerce brands—creating APIs and webhooks to generate digital passes on demand. The long-term vision was to create a contactless loyalty solution that could support not only stamp cards and coupons, but eventually point-based and prepaid programmes as well.
